Custom Made orders can take 4-6 weeks depending on the manufacturing schedule at the time. We are busiest between February to May and you will need to allow the 6-8 weeks).
We will advise you of delivery time when ordering and all efforts will be made to have your goods to you when required. If you require your goods to be ready by a specific date (ie, presentation night) please let us know when ordering.
Please note we will make every effort to ensure that your made-to-order items are delivered within the specified time, but there may be times when delays occur and delivery times take longer than expected.
If a custom made order is cancelled for any reason, a 10% cancellation fee applies.
